Add your email to an iPhone or iPad
Connect an existing business mailbox to Apple Mail using the automatic setup first.

Connect the account
Have your complete email address and password ready before you begin.
Open Mail settings
Open Settings, select Apps, select Mail, and then select Mail Accounts.
Add the account
Select Add Account, enter your email address, and choose the matching email provider when it appears.
Complete the sign-in
Follow the provider prompts, enter your password, wait for Apple Mail to verify the account, and save it.
Use manual settings only when needed
If the provider is not listed, choose the option for another mail account and enter the approved incoming and outgoing server settings.
Send and receive a test
Send a message from the new account and confirm that a reply reaches the device.
